2018 Gau-Odernheimer Sankt Laurent

Our local wines come from the best vineyards on the Petersberg in Gau-Odernheim. It is their origin, the soils and locations that give the local wines their unique character. The vineyard is located on a southern branch of the Petersberg. It is the older vineyards that are selected in several harvest passes.

The wine:
A strong red wine with a wild fruit of red berries and sour cherries. Fine, the herbaceous spice with a lot of panache and good finish. Strong, international type with a lot of pressure and presence on the palate, yet elegant and finely crafted.
