2020 Riesling Gutswein dry

We pick the grapes for our estate wines from our younger vineyards and from vineyards that are not on the Petersberg in Gau-Odernheim. The first early harvest of our local wine vineyards also comes into the estate wine.

The wine:
Salty minerality, juicy fruit with a fun factor that never lets go.

100 % Riesling

Viticulture: 100 % Edelstahl
The harvest is followed by a short maceration of 6 to 12 hours. The musts remain unadorned and are fermented spontaneously with the grape's own yeast in stainless steel. The fermented wines also remain unadorned until they are filled on the yeast.
